Aspects of our lives are often interwoven so I help people with many things. This process centers around deepening self awareness, getting clear and focusing on what you want, shifting mindset, habits and actions to bring about the changes you want.

Each session is customized to your individual wants and needs.
My practice is informed by science-based research and guided by extensive experience, training, humor and love. Sessions can utilize practical strategies designed to increase productivity and efficiency while others center around more abstract, emotional work using meditations, visualizations and intuitive responses.
Once a foundation is established, we clarify work that needs to be done and end with actionable and accountable goals to move you forward.
After each session, I send you a session summary which may include: notes to reflect on, homework, inspirations or writing prompts.
The initial session is $125 for 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions $85 for 60 minutes. Sliding scale available if needed.
